coatings. It is also used in acrylic and polyurethane waterborne coatings.
Used for the preparation of electronic encapsulation and electronic packaging materials.
Used as a surface modifier of various inorganic fillers and glass fiber, to improve the
bonding performance between organic resins and inorganic substrates.
