Product Description

Powder Dispersing Agent 01S For Low Smoke Zero Halogen Cable LSZH

 

CFS-A01S is obtained by hybrid modification of functional organosiloxane, which can be coupled with aluminum hydroxide/magnesium hydroxide and other inorganic fillers (others such as kaolin, titanium dioxide, talcum powder) to improve the filler and organic system ( Such as the compatibility of polyolefin (PP/PE), EVA, thermoplastic elastomer, rubber and thermosetting resin, etc.), it can hydrophobically modify the surface of inorganic fillers.

Applications
 
CFS-A01S is applied to the surface treatment of inorganic powder and has the following characteristics:
1. Improve the dispersion performance of fillers and avoid insoluble particles caused by A-172 agglomeration;
2. Increase the hydrophobicity of the filler;
3. The powder treated with this product can increase the oxygen index of low-smoke halogen-free cable materials. For pure aluminum (aluminum hydroxide) system, when the addition amount is 1%, the oxygen index can be increased by 2~3. For aluminum Calcium (aluminum hydroxide and calcium carbonate) composite system, when the amount added is 1%, the oxygen index can be increased by 4~5;
4. The mechanical properties of the product are also improved.

CFS-A01S is available in 25L PE pails, 200L steel drums or 1000L IBC totes.
Custom packaging possibilities are also available.
