Product Discription:

CFS-A10 is an ultra-high molecular weight siloxane with a special branched structure synthesized with polyolefin, PA, ABS and other resins as a carrier.

Applications:

CFS-A10 can be used in automotive interiors, digital products, household appliances, gear slides, wires and cables, and industrial and civilian products. It can improve hand feeling, wear resistance, smoothness, stain resistance, processability and mold release. Different from traditional silicone masterbatch, CFS-A10 has some typical characteristics as follows.

It can permanently improve the wear resistance and scratch resistance of composite materials.

It can improve the surface gloss of the product, reduce the surface friction coefficient, and provide a silky feel on the surface.

It does not affect surface printing, painting, bonding and electroplating.

It can reduce processing viscosity, improve fluidity, and improve mold filling and demoulding.

It can reduce melt fracture and help disperse minerals and inorganic fillers.

Packaging:

CFS-A10 is offered in 25L PE pails, 200L steel drums or 1000L IBC totes.

Storage:

CFS-A10 should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated place, and avoid exposure to humidity.

CFS-A10 should be stored in its original containers and used up asap after opening.

When stored in a strictly sealed and unopened container, CFS-A10 has a shelf life of 12 months.
